The Microsoft Lumia 640 XL has received another price cut in the United States. The device (AT&T variant), which is being officially sold by the Redmond, Washington-based company for $99.99, is currently listed on Amazon for $69.99. Specs-wise, the handset is powered by a Snapdragon 400 SoC, and sports a 5.7-inch HD display. RAM is 1GB, while internal memory is 8GB.
