Users in first-wave countries were also able to pre-order new iPads and Watch Series 7 wearables, and the most dedicated fans in the Eastern hemisphere have already been enjoying their shiny new devices for a few hours. Second-wave countries see pre-orders open next Friday, October 1, and deliveries or pick-ups will begin on October 8....
