Samsung introduced the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 recently and opened pre-orders for the foldables on August 1 in South Korea. The campaign is going strong at home with orders surpassing 1 million for the two devices, breaking the previous record of 970,000 for the 2022 devices. Unsurprisingly, the Galaxy Z Flip5 proved more popular than the Fold5, accounting for about 70% of the total 1.02 million units.
